Chicken Aileen

Serves 2


  • 2 cooked chicken breasts - torn into pieces
  • cooked broccoli
  • Tin of Campbell's Condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 4 tblsp mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper
  • Grated cheese and breadcrumbs for top of dish


  1. Cut broccoli into small pieces and put into a fairly deep oven dish.

  2. Cover the broccoli with the chicken meat, then season.

  3. Heat soup and mayonnaise gently, then pour over the chicken.

  4. Cover with the grated cheese and breadcrumbs.

  5. Cook in oven for approx 30-40 minutes at 200C or gas 6.
